The Workshop runs from 9:00 until 4:00
Sandy is returning has agreed to come back on Saturday, Jan. 18th to help us finish the carvings that we started in November.
If you are new to soapstone and want to come out and join the fun, Sandy will set you up with the Little Loon and guide you through the process of carving it.
The fee for the class is $50.00 and includes one Little Loon blank. If you would like to purchase additional blanks notify Ann Shewan know early so the instructor Sandy can be prepared. Availability of additional blanks is dependent on the weather conditions.
The workshop is at the Armour Heights Community Centre, 2140 Avenue Road at the intersection of Wilson Ave. & Avenue Rd., Southwest corner, we are in rooms 1 & 2.
