Call for Silent Auction Specimens!
This year’s Silent Auctions at the Wonders of the Earth Gem and Mineral Show 2025 will be organized a bit differently. We would like to make things easier on David and hope YOU will respond to the challenge!
This is your chance to have items in the silent auctions, and you’re the best person to get them ready. Your silent auction kit includes the Silent Auction Description, Personal Auction Sheet, and Specimen Sales Slip.
If you would like to submit items to the silent auctions (what a good opportunity to slim down your own collection!), you need to email scarboroughgemclub@gmail.com first to obtain an Auction Assignment Number. You need to have a number to participate! I will then send you the above-mentioned documents and give you your number. If you have any questions or concerns or are simply confused, please call me or Sandra. Together we can figure out what it all means.
