Tania will share her travel experiences along England’s Jurassic Coast, highlighting geologically significant sites and unique rock formations. She’ll also introduce some of the coast’s famous fossil-hunting locations and showcase her own fossil discoveries
Tania Ivaniouchkinah as had a lifelong passion for gems. After a brief career as a mechanical engineer in her native country of Ukraine and 28 years as a high school teacher in Toronto, Tania found her true calling in Gemmology. She became a fellow of the Canadian Gemmological Association, where she remains an active member. She is passionate about phenomenal stones and is working on her collection. Her favourite stone is opal and she hopes to one day visit the opal mine in Coober Pedy.
